Human Skills for an AI-Driven World
I help people and teams turn ideas into impact through human skills, visual thinking, storytelling, facilitation, and product thinking.
In an AI-driven world, better thinking, communication, and collaboration are your competitive advantage.

Why Human Capability Matters Now
AI is increasing the speed of work. But speed without clear thinking, communication, collaboration, and judgment can create friction, poor decisions, and cognitive debt. The organisations that thrive will be the ones that strengthen the human capabilities technology cannot replace.
Most teams don’t struggle because they lack frameworks or tools. They struggle because thinking stays hidden, assumptions go unexamined, and teams rush to solutions before building shared understanding.
I help individuals and teams make thinking visible and turn ideas into impact through human skills, visual thinking, storytelling, facilitation, and product thinking.

Better conversations. Clearer thinking. Real collaboration.
I design practical learning experiences that help people and teams think more clearly, communicate more effectively, collaborate more successfully, and turn ideas into impact.
These experiences can be delivered as training courses, certified classes, workshops, or tailored programmes designed around your organisational goals and capability needs.

Advanced Facilitation
Helping teams improve collaboration, alignment, psychological safety, and decision-making through facilitated workshops and group experiences.

Storytelling for Impact
Helping individuals and teams communicate ideas clearly, influence effectively, and create stronger engagement through storytelling and narrative.

Effective Communication
Developing clearer communication, active listening, stakeholder engagement, and stronger team conversations.

Visual Storytelling
Using live graphic recording and visual storytelling to make thinking visible, simplify complexity, and make ideas more engaging, memorable, and reusable.
Making Ideas Visible So Learning Sticks

"What always improves training is learning from someone with real-life experience of the subject and Stuart is a veritable gold mine of knowledge and experience. What made this training amazing was Stuart bringing the material to life with his incredible visualisations. That and his energy and good humour both of which made two packed days fly past."

About Stuart
I help people and teams turn ideas into impact through human skills, visual thinking, storytelling, facilitation, and modern product ways of working.
What people often remember most is the energy I bring into the room. I create learning experiences that are practical, engaging, visual, and memorable, helping people not just understand ideas, but feel confident using them.
Visual storytelling is a big part of my work. I work visually in real time to make thinking visible, surface what’s really being said, and reveal patterns, assumptions, and possibilities. But the visuals are not the point. They are part of creating clarity, connection, and momentum.
I design and facilitate training, workshops, and change experiences, including certified and non-certified programmes. The goal is always the same: helping people think together without thinking the same, and then act on what they decide.
I’m a Certified Scrum Trainer and co-author of No One Is Coming to Save You.

“I found the course to be highly informative, thorough and very engaging. It was well-facilitated with collaborative tools, catchy visuals and breakout team activities. A massive thank you to Stuart for delivering such vast material in a digestible format over 2 days.”

"I began collaborating with Stuart about ten years ago. Since then, we've taught courses, created online content, and hosted a conference together. I’ve even taken his training. Stuart has deep expertise in Agile Methodologies and excels as a trainer and coach."

“Stuart was a great instructor. He was very passionate and knowledgeable about the course subjects. He always made time to ensure we understood the subject matter and was open to questions at all times. He provided a wealth of resources from his knowledge that could help us progress further.”
