I work with people and teams who are dealing with complex challenges and need to think more clearly, talk more openly, and make better decisions together.

My work sits at the intersection of human skills, visual thinking, facilitation, and modern product and Agile ways of working. I help teams see the real problem, build shared understanding, and turn ideas into action.

A distinctive part of my work is visual storytelling. I work visually in real time to make thinking visible, surface what’s really being said, reveal patterns, assumptions, and possibilities. This isn’t decoration. It’s communication.

I design and facilitate training, workshops, and change experiences, including certified and non-certified programmes. The goal is always the same: helping people think together without thinking the same, and then act on what they decide.
