I help people and teams make their thinking visible and build shared understanding using visual thinking and design thinking. This creates a shared picture of what’s really going on, including assumptions, uncertainties, and blind spots.

This draws on capabilities from the EPOCH Framework, particularly creativity and opinion, to explore problems more deeply, challenge assumptions, and see what others miss.
